The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in real estate or sales. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Post job vacancies for real estate agents and administrative roles on appropriate platforms.
  • Screen CVs, coordinate, and conduct initial interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records (contracts, visas, documents).
  • Supervise attendance, leave records, and staff schedules.
  • Draft HR letters (salary certificates, experience letters, warnings, etc.).

Payroll & Benefits

  • Assist management in preparing accurate monthly payroll (including agent commissions).
  • Calculate end-of-service benefits and settlements.

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Support management in resolving internal disputes.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.

Performance Evaluation

  • Develop and implement performance appraisal plans for employees and departments.
  • Monitor appraisal results with management and suggest development/training plans.
  • Ensure alignment of individual performance with overall company goals.

Office Administration

  • Monitor office requirements for supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to procure office essentials.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and related regulations.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports (attendance, recruitment, turnover, etc.).

Skills
