Job summary

An international consultancy is seeking an HR Coordinator for a project based in the UAE. The role involves managing HR activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting personnel mobilization/demobilization. Ideal candidates will have strong HR expertise, experience in infrastructure projects, and a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Lead and PCM in all HR aspects.

Job description

We are looking for an HR COORDINATOR for one of our clients with the following details:

Start: Oct 2025

Location: UAE

Scheme: Residential

Duration: 24 months, extendable

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 6 years in HR roles, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or Oil and Gas projects.
  • Experience in similar position
  • At least 3 years coordinating HR activities in a multicultural project environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws and compliance requirements,
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and tools,
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English

MAIN MISSIONS

  • The HR Coordinator has to ensure that the mobilization / demobilisation of the personnel is done according to the project plan and all related aspect of HR administration (Visas, TAS contract administration, relocation...) are properly managed.
  • The HR coordinator shall develop proper reporting documents to ease communication with all the project stakeholders and allow a good follow up of HR activities.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Support the HR Lead and PCM in all HR aspects.
  • Monitor the mobilization / demobilization plan and organigram in relation with the Project Management and the Data officer.
  • Develop HR procedures and supervise their implementation with the HR Lead and PCM.
  • Coordinate with the CPF-2 and NWP Packages HR coordinators all HR related topics (onboarding processes, including orientation, administration, documentation and compliance training for new hires).
  • Assist all PMT personnel regarding HR aspects and interface with the Iraqi affiliate.
  • Ensure that required reports for Management, HQ and Iraqi affiliate are delivered as planned.
  • Promote a strong Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture by ensuring that all HR-related activities are performed safely and in compliance with the Company's HSE standards
