Job Summary
The HR & Admin Coordinator supports the daily HR and administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the department in UAE. This role assists with recruitment, employee records management, office administration, and coordination of HR activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with Kuwait labor laws and workplace practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Payroll processing.
- Coordinate office administrative tasks such as facility management, supplies procurement, and vendor relationships.
- Assist with employee relations, answering routine HR queries, and supporting staff engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
- Organize staff events, training sessions, and meetings.
- Prepare HR and admin reports as required by management.
- Support visa and work permit processes for expatriate employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR and administration roles, ideally in UAE or GCC.
- Good understanding of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
