Job summary

A leading organization in the UAE is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant who will support HR and administrative functions at the Fujairah office. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, maintain employee records, support onboarding processes, and handle various administrative tasks. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in English and Arabic skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Arabic language skills preferred.
  • Applicants who are already based in Fujairah will have an added advantage.

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and office supplies management.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and attendance records.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Support HR in implementing policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
