As HR & Admin Coordinator

As HR & Admin Coordinator you will report to the Cluster HR Manager, you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance with UAE labor law. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys being the go-to support for the team.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding, including interviews, documentation, inductions, system registration, ID and visa processing, and uniform allocation.
  • Maintain accurate employee files (digital and physical) and ensure compliance with company standards and UAE labor law.
  • Track key HR processes such as probation evaluations, appraisals, contract expiries, and leave balances.
  • Prepare and update HR reports (headcount, attendance, overtime, etc.) for Lion in the Sun.
  • Act as the main on-site point of contact for HR and administrative queries, escalating complex issues to the Cluster HR Manager.
  • Liaise with internal departments to manage staff accommodation, uniforms, logistics, and general administration.
  • Support staff engagement initiatives, internal communications, and employee events.
  • Ensure all HR-related documents, forms, and notices are current and available for staff use.
