What you’ll do:

As an HR Admin, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth execution of HR operations, record management, and employee services. Your role will be key in helping the HR team maintain accuracy, compliance, and service excellence.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, contracts, and orientation schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Assist in the processing of employee requests, including leave applications, document requests, and HR letters.
  • Handle routine HR queries and direct employees to appropriate resources or contacts.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE labor regulations in documentation and filing.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions as needed.
  • Assist in the organization of employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.

What you’ll need:
