The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a newly opened cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our extraordinary team!

Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa!

Minutes away from The Dubai Mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions.

The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

People

• Direct everyday activities, attending morning briefings.
• Listen and develop performance through Managers coaching and feedback, and create performance and development goals.
• Follow all Housekeeping SOPs daily.
• Recommend or initiate any Housekeeping related actions where needed.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other shifts and other departments.

Guest Experience

• Interact with guests, VIPs, and Long stays.
• Make sure the hotel delivers the highest level of guest satisfaction through superb guest services and amenities, towel art, and personalized notes. To have guest comments on Social Media.
• Ensure all guest preferences are met.

Responsible Business

• Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and hotel assets in compliance with the hotel’s or owner’s policies and procedures and regulatory requirements. Maintain relations with other Departments.
• Act as public relations representative to raise awareness of the hotel and brand in the local community.
• Drive other team member involvement in community organizations, activities, and gatherings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Help the Housekeeping Manager in the development, implementation, and monitoring of financial and operational savings for the hotel to ensure optimum guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Savings in amenities, responsible to track items.

What we need from you :

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills.
• Business language and tools acumen.
• Minimum 2 years in a Supervisory role.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/equivalent in hospitality or related field.
• Direct Managerial experience over a team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
