• Has experience hiring housekeeping staff, multiple cuisine cooks, security personnel, drivers and other team members required by VVIPs/HNIs residing in the UAE.
• Is able to screen candidates by evaluating resumes and job applications and by conducting screening tests.
• Takes ownership of candidate experience and manages it effectively.
• Develops job posts, job descriptions, and sets job requirements.
• Manages the interview, selection, and job offer process.
• Ensures all testing, hiring, and selection activities comply with employment laws and regulations.
