Key Responsibilities

Customer Reception & Experience

  • Greet visitors promptly and warmly as they enter the showroom
  • Direct customers to the appropriate sales consultants or service area
  • Manage guest flow to ensure minimal wait times and high satisfaction
  • Offer refreshments and maintain a clean, inviting reception area

Administrative Support

  • Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
  • Handle incoming calls and route inquiries professionally
  • Support the sales and service team with basic clerical tasks
  • Keep track of showroom materials, brochures, and hospitality supplies

Showroom Coordination

  • Coordinate showroom events, test drive schedules, and VIP visits
  • Ensure displays and seating areas are tidy and well-stocked
  • Report any maintenance or facility issues to the relevant team
  • Provide feedback on customer comments and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, hospitality, or customer service role
  • Professional appearance and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic scheduling tools
  • Punctual, courteous, and attentive to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
