A leading luxury fashion brand in Dubai is seeking a Client Experience Associate to create an exceptional atmosphere in its boutique. You will be responsible for ensuring a luxurious client experience, managing queue operations, and collaborating closely with the Fashion Advisors. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a luxury setting, possess strong interpersonal skills, and communicate effectively in English and Russian. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the brand's renowned image and client satisfaction.
Reporting to the Client Experience Manager, you will contribute to the efficient client management and organization within our Mall of Emirates Fashion boutique while being the first point of contact to our clients and offering the highest level of service at all times.
