  • Review, negotiate, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
  • Ensure project compliance with contractual scope and changes.
  • Assist in dispute / claim resolutions while safeguarding company interests.
  • Track project costs, financial performance, and cash flow.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities.
  • Lead supervisory and engineering teams, ensuring timely task completion.
  • Monitor material inventory, delivery schedules, and site utilization.
  • Report progress and critical issues to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree ( Civil)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience (home country experience acceptable)
