A leading talent acquisition consultancy is seeking a Health Quality Specialist in the United Arab Emirates. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in healthcare, developing quality assurance frameworks, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, at least 5 years of healthcare experience, and strong skills in quality improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant healthcare experience.
• At least 3 years in quality, governance, or accreditation-related roles.
• Direct experience with JCI or CBAHI accreditation processes is highly desirable.
