Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector in healthcare construction.
• Certification as a Mechanical Inspector such as ICC Certified Mechanical Inspector is an asset.
• Must have experience working in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of mechanical installations including HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Review project plans to ensure alignment with healthcare design requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports.
