Health Safety Environment Coordinator Job Location United Arab Emirates Essential Accountabilities Responsibilities Conduct regular HSE audits as per schedule ensure audit compliance and prepare reports action plans based on findings Coordinate with departments for strict compliance Assist in implementing HSE policies procedures within the organization Coordinate risk assessments to eliminate potential hazards safety violations and environmental risks Participate in safety audits and inspections Coordinate with departments regarding changes in relevant health safety and environmental regulations to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities Engage with regulatory authorities such as occupational health and safety agencies to ensure proper reporting and adherence to regulations Support investigations of accidents incidents and near misses Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence Maintain accurate records of safety incidents inspections training sessions and compliance documentation Coordinate with departments to maintain HSE documentation certificates training records audit schedules investigation reports required for regulatory internal purposes Provide support to employees on safety protocols equipment usage emergency procedures and hazardous materials handling Skills And Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Strong organization and planning skills
