Overview

Provide leadership in fine dining service, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality control, and team support in a high-volume restaurant environment. Seeking Front of House Service Staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences through teamwork, service flow, and operational standards in a restaurant environment. The Head Waiter will deliver exceptional fine dining service, support colleagues, monitor food quality, and demonstrate excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the service team to ensure premium guest care and service excellence in a fine dining environment.
  • Provide exceptional five-star dining service, manage table setup, and maintain luxury standards while communicating effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Take orders, promote sales, coach team members, and ensure excellent guest experiences with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Monitor food quality and collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain consistency and high standards.
  • Showcase strong knowledge of beverages and cuisine, assist with events, and support management in busy sections.
  • Supervise service operations, handle inquiries, and oversee dining area setup to maintain cleanliness and order.
  • Provide excellent guest service, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and support kitchen staff to ensure a memorable dining experience.
