Known for operational excellence and trusted relationships with retailers and brand principals, this organization plays a pivotal role in driving category growth and execution across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual trade marketing strategy across all channels, aligning brand objectives with customer needs to drive sell-out.
  • Localize global brand and category strategies into impactful, channel-specific in-store plans and activation calendars.
  • Oversee the development, production, and timely deployment of POS materials, promotional tools, and visibility assets.
  • Collaborate with sales and key accounts to build and execute joint business plans, promotions, and tailored retail programs.
  • Monitor ROI and effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring commercial impact and budget efficiency.
  • Act as the main point of contact for brand principals on all trade marketing matters, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the trade marketing team while building broader internal capabilities across customer and shopper marketing.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8-15 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Sales within FMCG - ideally with both brand and distributor exposure.
  • Proven success in in-store activation, customer engagement, and retail campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC retail landscape.
  • A commercial mindset with strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
