Job Description

The Head of Talent Acquisition is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives for talent acquisition that align with business objectives. This leadership position involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, building relationships with internal stakeholders to better understand their needs, and creating efficient strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates. The individual in this role will manage a team of recruiters and provide mentorship and development opportunities to ensure a high-performance recruiting function. They are expected to maintain current knowledge of recruiting best practices and emerging technologies to enhance the organization s ability to attract top talent. Additionally, the Head of Talent Acquisition collaborates closely with HR and departmental leaders to understand workforce needs, align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals, and support diversity and inclusion initiatives. This role requires a keen understanding of various industry trends and challenges in acquiring talent, enabling them to adapt and respond swiftly to changing market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within talent acquisition strategies.
  • Analyze market trends to adapt recruitment strategies to current industry conditions.
  • Manage recruitment budget and optimize resources for cost-effective talent acquisition.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on recruitment status, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
