We are currently working with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company to recruit a Head of Supply Chain based in Dubai. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimising the full endtoend supply chain function across multiple markets driving operational efficiency cost effectiveness and exceptional service delivery.

What Youll be Doing

• Define and execute the regional supply chain strategy aligned to overall business objectives and growth targets.
• Lead and manage crossfunctional supply chain teams including procurement logistics demand planning and inventory control promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee supplier and vendor management across multiple geographies driving contract negotiations performance management and cost efficiencies.
• Build and implement countrylevel forecasting tools to support agile and responsive demand and supply planning.
• Manage logistics and distribution operations across markets ensuring timely product delivery while optimising distribution networks and transportation costs.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives process optimisation and technology integration.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring performance benchmarks are met and corrective actions are implemented where needed.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to regulatory geopolitical and operational challenges ensuring business continuity and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in commercial marketing finance and manufacturing to ensure alignment and of supply plans.
• Provide strategic insights and regular updates to senior leadership on supply chain performance challenges and opportunities.

Who You Are

• A senior supply chain professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Experienced in leading multicountry supply chain operations and managing multiple supply sources.
• Proven track record in building and executing S&OP processes supply chain forecasting models and operating frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles regulations and best practices within a regulated industry.
• Technically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) demand forecasting tools and ERP/supply chain systems.
• Possess exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead highperforming crossfunctional teams.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical decisionmaking and problemsolving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• University degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related discipline; a Masters degree is an advantage.
