To strategically lead and manage regional sales and marketing operations, identify and expand high-potential markets, drive customer acquisition initiatives to grow and diversify the regional customer portfolio, and ensure alignment with the company’s long-term sustainable growth objectives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and market share targets in the GCC vehicle logistics business
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across the GCC and other key markets.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and key partners, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a regional sales team; drive performance through clear KPIs and ongoing coaching.
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing and senior management to align sales objectives with overall company strategy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent UGR Lines at industry events, trade shows and conferences across the region.
- Prepare reports and forecasts on sales performance and market dynamics.
- Monitor the work performed by subordinates, report any deficiencies to the relevant parties, and provide necessary guidance.
- Plan the annual leave schedules for subordinates, ensure that leaves are organized in accordance with operational workflows.
- Monitor the Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) opened for the department and take necessary actions to ensure they are completed by the specified deadlines and closed within the required time frame.
- Carry out tasks in accordance with processes, procedures, instructions, and other relevant documents, and monitor the risks and performance of the processes.
- Protect the confidentiality of all information and data belonging to the organization, and process, store, and safeguard data obtained from business processes in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant legal regulations.
- Identify areas for improvement observed in workflows to increase process efficiency and enhance quality, share them with managers, make recommendations, and propose innovative approaches.
- Fulfill the requirements imposed by the Occupational Health and Safety Law and related regulations on the employer's representative/employee.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors within the scope of authority and responsibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 15 years’ experience in a similar role
