DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the setup and licensing of regional operations in compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Develop and execute strategies for market entry business growth and long-term expansion.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders regulators and industry players.
  • Drive business development initiatives including client acquisition onboarding and retention.
  • Recruit mentor and manage local teams to support business operations and growth.
  • Monitor market trends competition and regulatory developments to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
  • Represent the company as a primary point of contact in the region strengthening brand presence and visibility.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to align regional strategies with overall company objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • Proficiency in Arabic would be considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing financial services operations in regulated markets.
  • Strong background in business development sales and market expansion within financial services (experience in Forex and/or Equities is preferred).
  • Deep understanding of financial regulatory frameworks and licensing processes.
  • Established network of industry relationships within the region.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with experience building and managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
