Overview
The Senior Marketing Manager will lead the overall brand, marketing, and communications strategy for our development portfolio, from open house events and off-plan launches to handover. The role is responsible for driving demand, strengthening brand positioning, and ensuring every project is presented with a compelling story across all channels. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role that combines planning with execution alongside the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for all real estate projects from pre-launch to post-handover.
- Build and manage the monthly or annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring strong ROI on all campaigns.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity for both the corporate brand and individual projects.
- Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social media, performance marketing, CRM, outdoor, PR, and events.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing assets: brochures, videos, 3D renders, project websites, sales kits, and showroom/experience center content.
- Work closely with Sales, Development, and Customer Experience teams to align marketing strategies with sales targets and product positioning.
- Manage media planning and buying, including partnerships with portals, influencers, agencies, and production houses.
- Use data and analytics to track campaign performance, lead quality, and customer behavior; recommend optimizations.
- Hands-on leadership of the marketing team: Supervise, monitor, and directly contribute to the execution of all campaigns (incl. launches, open house, etc.) and initiatives.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations, project approvals, and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 8–12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior/lead role within real estate development or a related sector (property, hospitality, lifestyle).
- Proven track record in launching real estate projects and delivering measurable results in lead generation and brand growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance campaigns, social media, and marketing automation/CRM.
- Experience managing agencies, creative production, and media buying.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
