Job Responsibility
Strategic oversight and leadership
- Execute the strategic plan for Personal Banking to maximize market share, growth, and profitability.
- Provide leadership for the payroll program targeting mid- to large-sized companies, including managing its financial targets and sales process.
- Financial Planning and targets for Payroll program targeting medium to large size entities.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Spearhead the bulk sourcing of individual customers by using client relationships from the Corporate Banking and Business Banking, in line with the "ONE Bank approach".
- Manage key employer accounts and institutional sales by coordinating closely with Corporate Banking and Business Banking teams.
- Ensure optimal coverage by guiding Branch, Employee banking Sales and Direct channels in sales fulfillment.
Sales and channel management
- Oversee sales and service models for the payroll proposition, addressing both employee and employer needs.
- Employer key account management (KAM) and institutional sales by coordinating closely with CBG and BB.
- Channel capability & capacity development alongside channel mix evolution depending on the client behavior and market trends – multi-channel strategy rollout
- Develop channel capacity and a multi-channel strategy based on market trends and customer behavior.
- Champion sales management digitization through tools like the SalesARM mobile app and LinkedIn for social selling.
Performance monitoring and compliance
- Monitor and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
- Customer growth: Increased number of payroll companies and deeper product penetration within Corporate and Business banking customer bases.
- Financial performance: Net new money and revenue from payroll clients.
- Distribution: Allocation of Corporate and Business banking clients to relationship managers to ensure seamless service.
- Sales effectiveness: Sales mix by channel and channel productivity.
- Operational efficiency: Turnaround time (TAT) benchmarks.
- Ensure full compliance by overseeing audit reports, compliance reviews etc
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / post-graduate with preferred specialization in marketing, finance, banking or related discipline.
- Around 15+ years retail banking experience.
- 5+ years of leading a Relationship Management/Segment team.
- Sales/Relationship Management experience a must.
