Job Title: Head of Ecosystem & Growth (DeFi)

Function: Partnerships, Ecosystem, BD, Growth
Reports to: VP Product
Mission: Build durable network effects and high TVL by expanding integrations, partnerships, and grants across DeFi protocols, fund managers, investment DAOs, liquid treasuries, and L1/L2 ecosystems. Distribute 0xAssets broadly to create cross‑protocol synergies.
Core Objectives
- Drive partner‑sourced TVL and usage across priority venues and networks.
- Secure listings, integrations, and liquidity programs that make 0xAssets easy to adopt.
- Establish a repeatable grants & co‑incentives engine with strong ROI discipline.
- Win key governance proposals (listings, collateral onboarding, emissions, gauges).
- Build a scalable institutional and DAO pipeline (treasuries, funds, market makers).
Roles & Responsibilities

Partnerships & Integrations
- Source, negotiate, and close integrations with leading AMMs/DEXs, Restaking platforms, Market Maker, lending markets, yield platforms, wallets/custodians, bridges, and L1/L2s.
- Launch and maintain liquidity, collateral, and market‑making arrangements to deepen adoption.
- Create co‑marketing plans and partner enablement materials for frictionless go‑lives.

0xAssets Distribution & Synergies
- Secure listings, collateral status, and liquidity pairs for 0xAssets across major protocols.
- Structure mutual‑benefit programs (liquidity mining, rebates, fee share) that compound usage.
- Champion cross‑protocol use cases that make 0xAssets default building blocks.

Institutional, DAO & Treasury Onboarding
- Build relationships with funds, investment DAOs, liquid treasuries, and market makers.
- Deliver diligence packs, risk/benefit narratives, and pilot programs that convert to mandates.
- Maintain a clear pipeline, forecasting model, and post‑integration success plan.

Grants, Incentives & Governance
- Design and operate an ecosystem grants and co‑incentives framework with measurable outcomes.
- Author and shepherd governance proposals across partner DAOs; cultivate delegate support.
- Track emissions efficiency, cost‑to‑TVL, and program payback; iterate for ROI.

Growth Operations & Reporting
- Own partner scorecards, CRM, and weekly pipeline reviews; remove blockers quickly.
- Define and report KPIs: partner‑sourced TVL/volume, integration count/health, grants ROI, governance wins, institutional mandates.
- Publish concise monthly Ecosystem & Partnerships updates.
Qualifications
- 6‑7+ years in partnerships/BD/growth, with 4+ years in DeFi driving integrations or liquidity initiatives at leading protocols or L1/L2s.
- Proven record closing TVL‑moving deals (listings, collateral onboarding, gauges/emissions, market‑making arrangements).
- Deep relationships across DeFi (protocol teams, DAOs, market makers, treasuries) and comfort navigating governance.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
- Data‑driven mindset: builds models for incentive ROI, partner impact, and funnel conversion.
