Job Title Head Chef Qualifications Diploma Graduate Culinary Degree preferred Requirements Lead the kitchen operations and manage all culinary activities Plan menus recipes and food presentation standards Supervise and train kitchen staff including sous chefs and commis Maintain high standards of food quality hygiene and safety Manage inventory procurement and cost control Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Coordinate with management for events banquets and special functions Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a professional kitchen Strong knowledge of culinary techniques kitchen management and food safety Leadership and team management skills Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle highpressure situations Excellent organizational planning and communication skills
