• Previous work experience as a GSO or Reservations Agent.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Accurately input and manage reservations in the Property Management System.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and Sales teams to ensure booking accuracy.
• Handle group bookings and special requests with great attention to detail.

Skills
