Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Guest Service Center Supervisor to lead our team in Dubai, UAE. You will ensure exceptional experiences for our diverse international clientele by:

  • Supervising and motivating the guest service center team to maintain high standards of customer service and efficiency
  • Managing daily operations, including guest arrivals, reservations, and special requests
  • Serving as a key ambassador for our hotel, providing information and resolving complex guest inquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards and Front Office procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
  • Conducting team meetings and training sessions to improve performance
  • Analyzing guest feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications
  • Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in front office operations
  • Strong leadership skills with exceptional customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages beneficial
  • Proficiency in Front Office Systems and hotel management software
