**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team at one of Abu Dhabi's leading hotel chains. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from the moment they arrive until their departure.

**Responsibilities:**

- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally

- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and payments

- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

- Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with hotel policies

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a front office or guest service role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic computer skills

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Russian is a plus

- Must be eligible to work in Abu Dhabi, UAE
