• Proven ability to build relationships with all stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Guest Relations Officer

First impressions are everything! As a Guest Relations Officer you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing

• Greet check-in respond to requests while providing exceptional service
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through up-selling

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Should have min. 1 years of experience as Guest Relations for a 5 Star Resort in UAE
• Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus
• Prior experience working with Opera is Mandatory
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
• Communicate thoughts actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
