Job summary

A leading financial management firm is seeking a qualified financial leader to spearhead their financial strategy and oversee accounting and compliance. Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the group and its subsidiaries.
  • Oversee accounting, budgeting, treasury, audit, and tax functions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Board and CEO to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage group-level consolidation, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Implement effective financial controls, policies, and procedures across all entities.
  • Develop and manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and external partners.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, capital structuring, and risk management frameworks.
  • Support business development, M&A, and diversification initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance teams across the group.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA/CFA preferred).
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within a holding group, conglomerate, or diversified business.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment analysis, and corporate governance.
  • Proven experience managing multiple subsidiaries and complex group structures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Based in or open to relocation to Dubai, UAE.
