Job Description

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that reflect the hotel’s brand identity and support marketing, communications, and promotional activities. This role combines creativity with an understanding of luxury aesthetics and hospitality storytelling to deliver consistent, high-quality visual materials across all platforms.

  • Conceptualize and design creative assets that reflect Anantara’s luxury positioning and unique sense of place.

  • Develop visual materials for digital and print channels, including social media, website banners, newsletters, brochures, menus, and promotional campaigns.

  • Capture the aesthetics of the property through thoughtful design, elevating every guest touchpoint.

  • Uphold and interpret Anantara’s brand standards to ensure all creative outputs align with corporate identity guidelines.

  • Collaborate closely with regional and corporate design teams.

  • Create engaging social media content and visuals that enhance storytelling and guest engagement across platforms.

  • Support digital marketing initiatives through design that drives awareness, emotion, and conversion.

  • Assist in curating, editing, and maintaining a library of high‑quality images that highlight the property’s experiences, culinary offerings, and design.

  • Support photo and video shoots when required, ensuring alignment with brand tone and mood.

  • Partner with marketing, F&B, and sales teams to develop creative concepts that strengthen campaigns and events.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with efficiency, creativity, and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

  • 2 to 4 years of professional design experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands is must.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus).

  • Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and composition.

  • Ability to translate brand storytelling into elegant, emotive design.

  • Photography and video editing skills required.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
