Job Title: Graduate HVAC Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Reports To: HVAC Lead / Senior HVAC Engineer

Job Purpose:

The Graduate HVAC Engineer will assist in the design, analysis, and implementation of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in HVAC engineering principles, project execution, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior engineers in HVAC system design, including load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork layout.
  • Prepare technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD/Revit or similar software.
  • Assist in reviewing HVAC designs for compliance with ASHRAE, ISO, and local codes.
  • Participate in site surveys and inspections to ensure proper installation and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, civil) to integrate HVAC systems into overall project design.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and client meetings.
  • Stay updated on emerging HVAC technologies and sustainability practices.
