About the Role

The Graduate Employee – Rotational Program role is designed to develop freshly graduated Emirati talent through structured, on-the-job rotations across key business functions. The role aims to build functional capability, business understanding, and leadership potential, while supporting Americana Restaurants’ Emiratization 2026 strategy and long-term talent pipeline. Graduate Employees join as full-time employees and rotate across selected departments to gain practical exposure, develop core competencies, and prepare for permanent placement upon successful completion of the program.

Responsibilities

Program & Rotation Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in assigned departmental rotations as per the program structure
  • Complete initial Operations and Brand Immersion phase
  • Execute assigned tasks and projects aligned with department objectives and KPIs
  • Demonstrate learning agility and adaptability across different functions

Performance & Development

  • Achieve agreed KPIs and learning objectives for each rotation
  • Participate in structured entry and exit reviews for each rotation
  • Receive and act on continuous feedback from rotation supervisors
  • Maintain accurate documentation of learning outcomes and performance

Collaboration & Engagement

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and ownership mindset
  • Uphold Americana’s values, policies, and code of conduct

Program Completion

  • Participate in final performance evaluation and leadership presentation
  • Be considered for permanent placement in any of the roles/functions trained in, subject to performance and business requirements
Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree only, relevant fields include (but are not limited to):

  • Business Administration

Experience:
