As part of our Graduate Program we're excited to welcome a Graduate Design Management Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary Design Management team within our Buildings Places business line.

About the Role

As a Graduate Design Management Coordinator you'll support the delivery of design projects from start to finish ensuring that communication quality and timelines are all aligned. You\'ll work closely with Design Managers and discipline leads to help coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts while gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.

You will assist with:

  • Organizing and managing design processes for small to medium-scale projects
  • Supporting design managers with planning and defining scopes schedules and information flow
  • Coordinating with technical design teams to track design inputs and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Preparing and updating logs trackers and reports for design deliverables RFIs risks and changes
  • Reviewing deliverables for alignment with client expectations and contract requirements
  • Maintaining documentation and helping drive design efficiency across projects

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Design Management Architecture Interior Design from an accredited University
  • Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program.
  • Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above.
  • As part of AECOM's commitment to Emiratisation and in compliance with UAE labour law only UAE Nationals with a family book will be considered for this role.
