Job summary

A managed services provider in Dubai is seeking a Business Analyst / Application Support. This role will focus on delivering hospitality technology projects, ensuring documentation and coordination for a smooth transition to live operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a solid understanding of project lifecycles. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with potential extensions, requiring onsite work in Ras Al Khaimah for at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst or Application Support roles.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to produce clear project artifacts.
• Experience supporting system implementations through to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project delivery and ensure go-live readiness.
• Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Coordinate go-live and cutover activities, including release planning.
