Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sales training or education in fragrance or beauty.
• Proven ability to design training programs across diverse cultures.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or French is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop KAYALI-branded training programs for sales teams.
• Create and maintain engaging training materials and toolkits.
• Deliver product launches and workshops to highlight KAYALI fragrances.
• Assess training effectiveness and optimize programs based on feedback.
