Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant & overall experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS, audits and standards.
• Understanding of statutory laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee processes within the GL and reporting function.
• Provide guidance to the GL and Reporting team.
• Review/approve relevant GL transactions.
• Supervise preparation of provisions, accruals, and entries for financial closing.
• Review trial balance and periodic reporting pack.

Skills

Knowledge of Journal Posting

General Ledger & Sub Ledger reconciliation

Preparation of GL reports

Trial Balance & Financial Statement close processes

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, commerce, finance, or related field

CA/CPA certification
