Job Description

Role Summary:

Asmazeed, GLAccountant, youwill support daily accounting operations across UAE and KSA business units(internal function), focusing onaccuratetransaction recording, reconciliations, and operational finance support. The role is execution-focused and critical to month-end closing and reporting accuracy.This is an individualcontributorexecution focused role, with clear task ownershipunder directsupervision.

Daily Accounting Operations:

• Record daily accounting transactions for UAE and KSA entities in the ERP system.
• Post expense entries, accruals, prepaid expenses, and adjustments as per SOP.
• Maintainaccuratesupporting schedules and documentation.

Reconciliations & Controls:

• Perform bank, petty cash, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and support timely resolution with senior team members.
• Support fixed assets tracking and depreciation entries.

Operational Finance Support:

• Assist with payment voucher preparation and supporting documents.
• Support monthly closing activities under guidance from Chief Accountant / FC.
• Coordinate with Admin, HR, and Ops teams for expense and payroll-related data.

Compliance & Reporting Support:

• Support VAT, payroll, and statutory reporting preparations.
• Assist in audit and internal review requests by preparing schedules and documents.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals may be considered.

Technical Skills:

• Good Excel skills (basic formulas, pivots is a plus).
• ERP or accounting system exposure preferred.
• Willingness to learnMazeedFinand related tools.

Language:

Fluent English (written and spoken)ismandatory.

Soft Skills:

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong ownership of assigned tasks.
