Qualifications

• Previous experience working as a Personal Concierge in a luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for Guests and respond to enquiries.
• Provide information and booking services for various inquiries.
• Process and deliver messages for Guests.
• Handle and safely store Guest luggage.
• Stay updated on hotel services and VIP requests.
• Maintain orderliness and safety around lobby areas.
• Provide support to Management in emergencies.
• Project a professional manner emphasizing hospitality.
