Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing facility and showrooms
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to double company revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, and construction companies across UAE
• Manage factory relocation and operational transition
• Oversee team of 50 to 200 employees
• Optimize inventory management and product sourcing strategies
• Develop and execute growth strategies for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and broader UAE markets

Skills

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of managerial or COO-level experience
• Strong sales and marketing background with proven track record of revenue growth
• Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Based in Dubai with deep knowledge of UAE market (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah)
• Experience in ceramics, tiles, construction materials, or related manufacturing industries preferred
• Hands-on operational mindset focused on execution and results
• Strong network in UAE construction and development sectors
