We are currently working with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company to recruit a General Manager Gulf based in Dubai. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing operations across the Gulf region. The General Manager will be responsible for driving commercial success ensuring regulatory compliance and leading crossfunctional teams to deliver sustainable business growth in line with the companys regional strategy.

What Youll be Doing

• Lead the overall business operations across the Gulf region delivering on financial strategic and operational objectives.
• Develop and implement regional strategies to drive market share revenue growth and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders including regulatory authorities healthcare organizations and major customers.
• Drive excellence across sales marketing and market access functions to optimize performance and brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with regional healthcare regulations and corporate governance standards.
• Lead mentor and develop a highperforming crossfunctional team across the Gulf region.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global leadership teams to ensure alignment with broader corporate strategies.
• Represent the company at major industry events conferences and forums across the region to strengthen corporate presence.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 1215 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role covering the Gulf region.
• Proven track record of driving commercial success and leading regional teams within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of Gulf healthcare systems regulatory frameworks and business practices.
• Exceptional leadership strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across different Gulf markets.
• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Business or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
