Job Title: General Manager / Account Mananger

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager / Account Mananger to oversee the operations of our Property Management division for one of our esteemed client who generates multimillion Dirhams in revenue annually (based in Ajman).You will become part of a vibrant and expanding team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of properties maintaining tenant satisfaction and optimizing operational performance. This role requires strong leadership financial management and problemsolving skills to handle tenant payments requests and propertyrelated issues effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daytoday property management operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
  • Verify and monitor tenant payments follow up on outstanding balances and implement effective rent collection strategies.
  • Address tenant inquiries complaints and maintenance requests promptly to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
  • Manage property maintenance and repairs by coordinating with vendors contractors and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and minimize vacancies.
  • Ensure compliance with local property laws lease agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare financial reports analyze budgets and efficiently manage propertyrelated expenses.
  • Lead and supervise property management staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct periodic property inspections to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
  • Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and the tenant experience.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor s degree in AccountingCommerce.
  • 25 years of experience in property management real estate or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  • UAE Driving License is required.
