Job summary

A technology company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Product Manager specializing in Generative AI solutions to lead product strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in product management, particularly with AI technologies, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities include defining product vision, collaborating with engineering teams, and engaging with clients. This role offers an opportunity to work directly with clients and shape innovative AI products.

Qualifications

• 10 to 12+ years of experience in product management, with significant exposure to GenAI or AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, etc.).
• Proven record of launching AI-based products at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for GenAI-powered offerings.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to collect and prioritize product requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and data science teams for effective product delivery.
• Champion intuitive, scalable, and responsible user experiences in AI product design.
• Track key metrics, user behavior, and engagement to inform product decisions.
• Serve as the primary product liaison during onsite UAE engagements.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to AI ethics, data privacy, and security regulations.
