Job summary

A leading consumer products company is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee business growth across key retail and ecommerce accounts in the GCC. The role involves developing strategic business plans, negotiating terms, and driving revenue growth while ensuring alignment with global priorities. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in a relevant field, strong commercial acumen, and proficiency in digital and traditional sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Ecommerce within the FMCG or consumer products sector.
  • Proven success in delivering business growth in GCC markets.
  • Strong data analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual business plans for assigned key accounts.
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets through structured planning.
  • Drive the execution of ecommerce strategies aligned with global brand plans.
  • Design and deliver customer-specific promotional and activation plans.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Demand Planning teams to align forecasts.
  • Conduct detailed performance analysis using sales data and market trends.
  • Liaise closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Legal teams.
  • Manage customer investment budgets and ensure compliance.
  • Stay abreast of digital commerce trends and champion the adoption of new tools.
