Responsibilities

As a GC&E coordinator, you will be the hotel point of contact for groups, events, social events, and long‑stay room requests. Your key duties include:

  • Receive group and event requests and keep the hotel events output up to date
  • Prepare contracts for groups and events, update payment instructions, and input all relevant group information
  • Sell social events for F&B outlets, such as family dinners and afternoon events
  • Convert long‑stay apartment requests received directly or via online platforms
  • Negotiate budgets with customers
  • Create work orders in the system with all relevant information
  • Prepare monthly reports and update closing information on groups and events
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Managers, Reservations, Front Desk, department parties, Hilton Meetings, and kitchen
  • Interact directly with guests or clients during their stay
  • Ensure all client requests are answered efficiently and with agility
  • Perform site inspections of the hotel and facilities
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Graduate or MBA in Management, Hospitality, or Marketing
  • Previous experience in group and event sales, preferably in hospitality
