The primary objective of the role is to drive market leadership for the modular kitchen furniture product range in the UAE while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Achieve annual sales targets and revenue goals for all brands in the company.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Customer Engagement
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients through professional interactions and follow-ups.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand needs, present solutions, and secure business opportunities.
Design and Presentation
  • Utilize design software to create and present tailored kitchen and wardrobe solutions to clients.
Enquiry Management and Reporting
  • Accurately handle client enquiries, complete requisite documentation, and ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain updated records of daily activities, expected clients, and projects in the pipeline.
Quality Assurance and After-Sales Support
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and addressing after-sales requirements promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and enhance service delivery.
Market Knowledge and Strategy
  • Stay informed on market trends and dynamics in the kitchen furniture industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve departmental policies and processes.
Compliance and Safety

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
