Our client is an Investment company in Dubai which isseeking a highly organized and proactive Fund Operations Manager to support the operational, compliance, and administrative functions of our investment fund. The ideal candidate will bring hands‑on experience from venture capital, private equity, or financial services and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain all compliance and regulatory documentation for Limited Partners (LPs), ensuring full adherence to reporting requirements.
  • Oversee KYC / AML processes for LPs, portfolio companies, and new investments, including document collection, verification, and review.
  • Manage corporate governance documentation and filings for fund entities and investment vehicles.
  • Liaise with external legal, accounting, and regulatory advisors , as well as local fund administrators, to support day‑to‑day fund operations.
  • Support the investment team with due diligence activities, including organizing legal and financial documentation and preparing investment committee materials.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal investment memos and presentations for Investment Committee meetings.
  • Manage the execution of standard legal agreements (NDAs, engagement letters, etc.) and other administrative legal tasks.
  • Support fundraising processes by organizing data rooms, coordinating investor documentation, and preparing materials for LP meetings.
  • Contribute to investor communications , including updates, reports, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Manage daily operational activities , including scheduling, document management, and coordination of internal and external meetings.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and workflow.
  • Coordinate updates to the fund’s website, social media, and marketing materials , ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives typical of a venture capital fund environment.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in operations, compliance, or administration within venture capital, private equity, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of fund management , corporate structuring , fundraising , and governance frameworks .
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills , with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑starter with a proactive approach and minimal need for supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams, investors, and portfolio companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace ; experience with data room or compliance management tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration , or a related field (preferred).
