Overview

GEMS Royal Dubai School is seeking a UAE National for the Front of House team. The role is the first point of contact for the school, aiming for high standards of customer service. The successful candidate will work as part of a team and perform front-of-house duties.

Responsibilities
  • Answer the telephone and respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person.
  • Perform general admin tasks on the computer.
  • Support the admissions team and PRE with school tours and/or administration tasks as required.
  • Provide information on location, curriculum, admission procedures (including booking tours), tour information and school structure to ensure a quality customer service experience to callers or visitors.
  • Respond to inquiries courteously and direct calls to appropriate school personnel as part of the customer service function.
  • Greet visitors and provide a positive welcome to the school.
  • Support Admissions by contacting inquiries and converting new leads to enrolments; update CRM and assist in enrolment events as required.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with new and prospective parents, ensuring concerns and feedback are handled effectively and efficiently.
  • Complete administration and secretarial tasks to support the Front of House team.
  • Ensure adherence to GEMS policies, procedures and codes of conduct.
  • Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required.
