A luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable experience for guests. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining knowledge of hotel services. The ideal candidate should have a degree in hospitality, with strong communication skills in English and preferably another language. Experience with Opera software is a plus, and a proactive, customer-focused attitude is essential.

You should ideally have a degree in hospitality with previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and knowledge in an additional language, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials. Computer literate and previous experiences with Opera are an advantage.
