Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Administrator, located in Dubai. The Front Desk Administrator will serve as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients, oversee receptionist duties, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing phone and in-person inquiries, directing communications, handling correspondence such as email and fax, maintaining office supplies, and providing general administrative assistance to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and answering phones.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive visitor experience.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, and organization.
  • Experience in managing fax and other office communication tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and familiarity with administrative systems.
  • Previous experience in a front desk role or similar position is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
