  • Identify and onboard new customers, distributors, and traders in specific industries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Generate leads, negotiate prices, finalize contracts and close deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the polymer industry.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers on product availability and commercial terms.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments, and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry meetings and exhibitions.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.
Job description
Job Purpose:

To independently develop and manage polymer sales business across GCC and African countries by identifying customers, generating leads, closing sales and expanding market presence for the company’s polymer products.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage sales of Polymer - SBR emulsion & Acrylic emulsion products across GCC and African markets.
  • Identify and on board new customers, distributors and traders in GCC and African Countries in Specific Industries like – Construction, Carpet, Paper Board, Duflex Paint, Textiles, etc
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Generate leads, negotiate prices, finalize contracts and close deals independently.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing dynamics in the polymer industry.
  • Coordinate with principals/manufacturers on product availability, specifications and commercial terms.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on orders, payments and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry meetings, exhibitions and customer visits as required.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and business growth objectives.
